We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team for Nursery, LKG, or UKG classes. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and "fun-to-learn" environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Play-Way Methodology: Design and implement daily lesson plans based on the Play-Way or Montessori method to make learning interactive and joyful.
Holistic Development: Focus on foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) while encouraging motor skills through art, craft, music, and physical play.
Classroom Environment: Create a colorful, thematic, and inviting classroom atmosphere that reflects current learning topics.
Student Observation: Maintain detailed developmental records for each child, tracking their growth milestones and behavioral patterns.
Parent Communication: Conduct regular PTMs and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
Safety & Hygiene: Ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene for children throughout the school day.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any stream with a NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Training certificate.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or K-12 school. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Creative Skills: Proficiency in storytelling, rhymes, and creative arts. Ability to use puppets or music as teaching aids is a major plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, a warm personality, and fluency in English.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of digital tools for hybrid learning or sharing updates with parents.
