Role Overview:
Prodigy Educlasses is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Chemistry Faculty to teach and mentor students from Classes 7–12. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge of Chemistry, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics to help students build strong academic foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry to students from Classes 7–12 following CBSE / ICSE curriculum guidelines.
Develop and deliver concept-driven, engaging classroom sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and assessments.
Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and performance analysis.
Provide academic guidance and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to management and parents when required.
Maintain discipline and ensure an effective learning environment in the classroom.
Stay updated with curriculum changes and modern teaching methodologies.
Required Skills:
Strong conceptual knowledge of Chemistry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
Strong classroom management skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE / IB schools or reputed coaching institutes
Experience teaching Classes 7–12
Proven ability to handle academic responsibilities independently
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. / B.Tech in relevant discipline
M.Sc. / M.Tech in Chemistry (Preferred)
B.Ed.
Additional Preference:
Candidates residing near Narendrapur, Kolkata will be given preference.
