3. Data analysis for Data-Driven Strategic Planning w/ department
4. Design of Curriculum backward map of learning goals for subject across grades
5. Ensure teaching aids and curricular resources are available to help teachers design assessments and learning experiences to meet their learning objectives.
6. Identifying PD needs + conducting or ensuring PD delivered
7. Conceptualizing intra and inter-school activities related to subject
8. Oversight of all teaching and assessment related activities, including planning execution, and quality monitoring
9. Parent interactions, as required
10. Conflict resolution within team
11. Identifying teacher recruitment needs, conducting interviews
12. Conducting teacher evaluation + PDP
13. Overseeing PLC function
