·         Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student and share with respective teachers and discuss the same with School counseling Psychologist and Principal as and when required.

·         Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress.

·         Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect students’ progress and goals.

·         Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.

·         Take the class as per the lesson plan with help of all available teaching aids.

·         Help and guide other teacher’s and matrons involved with such students in a day to day basis and take progress report from them.

·         Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities.

·         Conduct quizzes, hold sessions and other such events to encourage children and generate their interest in respective subjects.
