Behind every confident kid is a teacher who encourages the kid to explore ideas and try new things. Teachers are contracted by Udayy on an hourly basis.
Core Responsibilities as a Teacher :-
Conduct English classes in a small batch of 3-5 kids.
Introduce and explain the concept to peak kids interest. Every lesson answer, 'Why do I need to know this?'
Prepare lesson plans and educate students at all levels. Assign homework, evaluate student performance, and share progress feedback with parent.
Teacher Requirements:-
Kid Passion – teaching K-5 kids is exciting yet challenging. Exciting to see how bright these kids are. Yet challenging to hold their attention.
Fluency in English and Mathematics Proficiency for grades 1-5 (Must)
High Internet Speed - You need a minimum of 5 MBPS Internet connections for conducting sessions.
Windows 10 (Preferred) with a broadband connection. No hotspot/dongle
Laptop/PC - Microphone and camera is a must
We recommend applying only if you are available 3:00-8:30 p.m everyday and over weekends to maximize your earnings.
Payoff structure
Guaranteed Payout
Against all of the above earnings components, there will be a guaranteed minimum payout for each teacher, depending on her tenure as below. Condition for guaranteed payout is making a minimum of 100 hours per month.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manage staff and oversees daily operations.
• Ensure the centre meets Footprints’standards as well as the standards set by law
• Manage the running of the Centre, including staffing, administration, sales, finance, and facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect the Centre on a daily basis and ensure that the entire facility including class rooms, wash-rooms, play areas, and the kitchen are clean, safe and properly stocked with necessary supplies. Check and manage inventory. Supervise the arrival of children at the beginning of the day; greet and interact with the parents. Inspect and supervise cooking and kitchen activities. Be available to answer parents’ queries and to interact with them when the school finishes. Oversee the dispersal of children after the school lets out; ensure that they are handed over to their parents/guardians or are sent home by school transport as per the existing arrangement. Check the Parents’ App and emails for special instructions from parents regarding meals, sleep/rest, medications etc. and ensure that these instructions are followed.
Check the quality and quantity of meals and snacks to be served and ensure that they conform to the specifications.
Check the Child observation reports (COR) prepared by the teachers, verify if needed and post them on the Parents’ App.
Check and select the activity photos of every class taken by teachers and post them on the Centre’s Facebook page. Review the planned activities for the next day with the teachers and suggest changes if needed. Plan and implement special events like the ‘Event of the month’. Set, maintain and monitor Centre budgets for programs. Prepare and maintain attendance, activity, planning, accounting, or personnel reports and records. Monitor and ensure all center records and files are up-to-date and meet all program timelines and requirements. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching and supplemental staff and recommend their annual increments.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years’ experience working with children in a classroom setting.
