Brief About the Role
Online delivery of engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels and developing good quality content. Promoting enthusiasm for learning and for subjects adhering to national curriculum standards. Helping cultivate the student’s interest in education by means of e Learning and being their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development. The role will entail:
Delivering online classes in a comprehensive manner by using visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Designing and developing good quality digital content (study materials, assessments, tests, quizzes and solutions to questions) for K-12 and Entrance Examination (Engineering and Medical) to be used on the website or class that is logically/factually/language-
Assessing lesson plans to meet specific student needs, complying with newly implemented guidelines or rules, and updating relevant information and including new developments in education.
Developing and providing a mechanism for continuous feedback to the students which is required for their improvement and development.
Possessing and continually developing working-knowledge of new additions in different fields and sharing the same with his/her students.
Qualification
A Bachelor or Masters Degree in the relevant field or subject.
Required Skills
In-depth subject knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good team player, quick learner, energetic and capable of developing non-conventional academic approaches.Date-
Comfortable in working on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint and should be adept with technology, including researching on the internet

Additional Information
This is a full time work-from-office position
Six days working per week with Sundays off
Daily working hours - 9 (1:30 pm to 10:30 pm)
Level IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants
