Location - Manayata and  Bellandur

Timings - 10am - 7pm (Mon - Fri) and 10am -1pm (working Saturdays)

Primary Purpose:
a. To ensure that all Early Childhood Programme processes reflect the school philosophy
b. To deliver world class Early Childhood Programme

Secondary Purpose:
a. To implement the Child Care curriculum at School
b. To construct rich learning experiences for the children in the Early Childhood Programme

Major account-abilities of the position:

a. Imbibe the School Philosophy:

i. Endeavor to develop a deep understanding of the School philosophy
ii. Stand for the rights of children
iii. Work effectively in partnership with parents
b. Ensure a safe, warm and high quality learning and caring environment at School:

i. Welcome all Early Childhood Programme children with a daily health check which includes temperature check and looking out for symptoms of infection or discomfort
ii. Ensure children are supervised at all times with the appropriate adult/child ratio
iii. Ensure safety at all times and be familiar with emergency procedures
iv. Ensure equipment and facility are sanitized, clean, well maintained at all times
v. Maintain high quality hygiene practices. E.g. : hand washing, toilet training, diaper changing
vi. Use sterilize all equipment such as feeding bottles, bowls, spoons etc on an ongoing basis
vii. Provide various experiences and activities for children as per the curriculum including songs, games, art, craft and storytelling
viii. Ensure that all meals are served on time and ensure the children eat according to their nutritional needs. Follow the menu designed by the school nutritionist
ix. Follow individual Allergy Alerts in case of allergies
x. Assist in change of clothes for children during arrival/dispersal and during nap time
xi. Administer first aid when required
xii. Maintain daily record of activities meal time, diaper changing, and nap time for all children and share the same with their parents
xiii. Create documentation panels and update them in the classroom
xiv. Prepare Monthly updates and Reports to share with the parents
xv. Maintain childrens schedule or time slots that they have enrolled in

c. Additional responsibilities:
i. Share weekly and monthly activity schedules/planners with the School Head
ii. Maintain inventories/stocks and reports on a monthly basis
iii. Plan and conduct childcare and school events
d. Undertake any additional assignments/responsibilities, given by the company from time to time.

Work relations
i. Administrative reporting to the School Head
ii. Work closely with all staff at School
iii. Work effectively in partnership with parents
