Prepare for and teach students: Prepare a lesson plan for each class, ensure an engaging and lively classroom Track student work: Keep a regular tab on the progress, attendance, work and test scores of students in all batches he/she is teaching. Classroom management: Set expectations and manage the behavior of students in each classroom he/she teaches to ensure that decorum is maintained while creating an enjoyable student-friendly atmosphere.
